Functions and uses

Downloading Tessi SCANTOPAY mobile

The application can be downloaded from iOS/Android stores or the bank's portal with identification of the bank accounts.

Digitisation of cheques

Cheques are digitised one by using the smartphone's camera.

Digital paying-in of the cheques

Automatic reading of the amount and the CMC7 code. Manual validation and correction. Generation and sending of the digital paying-in to the bank.

Notifications and information

The smartphone can be used to monitor the acknowledgement of receipt and the stages of processing. Online consultation of cheques paid-in over 3 months.

Physical submission of cheques

The physical cheques that have been processed digitally can be sent by post or submitted at an agency according to regulations.

Controller: Tessi Documents Services, SAS with its registered office at 116 rue de Silly, 92100 Boulogne Billancourt, entered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number: 326 803 582, referred to below as "Tessi" acting in its name and on its own behalf and in the name and on behalf of subsidiaries of the Tessi Group;
Purpose of the processing

The purposes of Tessi’s processing are as follows:

• identification and authentication of the user;
